The National School of Government (NSG) is currently undergoing a significant transformation as we shift from manual processes to an automated TMS system. This project aims to streamline and optimise our operations, enhance our service delivery, and improve the overall experience for our stakeholders. The new system will provide numerous benefits, such as increased efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and accessibility. We believe that this transition will position NSG for long-term success and enable us to deliver more value to our stakeholders. To ensure the success of this project, we recognize the importance of gathering stakeholder feedback. Your input is essential to help us understand the needs, expectations, and concerns of our diverse stakeholder community.
