DPSA DIGITAL MATURITY ASSESSMENT

The DPSA conducted a Digital Readiness Assessment in 2018 and the outcome thereof have informed the strategic e-Government strategic documents and the norms and standards it develops. The change in the e-Government policy direction stemming from the outcome of the 4IR Commission study and the study conducted by the Presidency on e-Government necessitates further assessment to implement the recommendations therefrom.
